Leadership. The MPULL Visioneers.
I like to challenge conventional and incumbent thinking.
Daryn is MPULL's lead marketing strategist and in charge of product development and marketing. He has operated in the business-to-business and technology space throughout his career, which included heading up the marketing team at MTN Business, managing marketing communications and CRM for the African operation of Verizon Business and managing UUNET Africa's digital properties. He played an integral role in the rebranding of UUNET to MCI, to Verizon Business, to MTN Business. As the Head of Marketing in Africa and the Middle East for InMobi, which was the largest independent mobile advertising network worldwide, he was responsible for the development and activation of marketing strategies across the continent.
An entrepreneur at heart, Daryn has a huge passion for start-ups. He founded loadtheshow.com, the first ad-funded music download website worldwide, and worked for youth marketing agency, Instant Grass, during their infancy. When he is not creating well-oiled marketing machines, he enjoys travelling, surfing, DJ-ing at weddings and spending time with his wife and daughters.
